Red Velvet/Cream Cheese Frosting with petal effect. This is the first time I have done the petal effect and I really like it, but next time it will be in buttercream. The cream cheese was a bit soft and kept heating up in my hands. Coverage could have been better, but as it was a practice cake I was ok with it.
