Practice cake for a wedding cake next month. Not a fan of dragees on top of the cut-outs since they do not want to adhere but otherwise cut-outs were not as painful as feared. But how MFF could still be so uneven over ganache is between baffling and defeating. Oh well - back to the old drawing board. TYFL!
