Christening cake..... I was given a picture of a cake by Elite Cakes and asked if I could do exactly the same. I tried to change it as much as I could so it was not an exact replica of the other cake but is always hard when they want it just as is. I changed the bear and also the bottom tier slightly.

Cake was white chocolate mud with white chocolate ganache - it weighed a ton..
