I got this order as a white fondant cake, flowers to be added at the venue. Sometimes it is great to have free reign with a design but in this case I did not get to meet the bride so I made the cake as simple as possible. Since I mainly have orders for buttercream finished cakes, it was a good opportunity to do the sharp edge with buttercream under fondant. 4 and 8 inch cake finished in fondant with gumpaste hydrangea.
