Thank you for your kind comments, going into this class, I wasn't sure I was going to like working with fondant but it's actually kind of fun, like paydoh for adults!

Great job! I'm taking the course 3 myself.. I was totallly intimidated by fondant but now know it's really not bad to work with at all.. it's actually easy .. I'll be making more cakes with it too... that is once I find a good tasting recipe!! Your cake is just precious.. you did an awesome job on it!!

Thank you, I'm thinking about trying the MMF recipe I've heard so much about here, if it's really easy and tastes good, I'll be doing more cakes with fondant too. I just used Wilton's fondant for this cake and I don't care for the taste.

Beautiful cake!! I agree with you on the taste of the Wilton fondant, not good at all. I have only made on fondant cake because it didn't taste good. If I had a recipe for one that taste good I would make more of them. If you find a good recipe, please share!! (email me at [email protected])
