Going-Away Cake: Fondant Covered Stacked
My first BIG cake to feed 100-150 people at a church gathering for a departing minister. Her favorite colors were pastels and she liked tulips. This baby weighed at least 75lbs. It was doweled up the kazoo, too. We drove it 13 miles over rotten roads and no cracks.
