I thought I was organized...I had the cakes made, the icing made, the bratz girl done all the night before. I did not take into account I still had to make supper, do the boards, make the chocolate car and redo the girl, I had to ice them both and then do the decorations - I was up late and only when I finished the car cake did I realize I didn't reverse the image so the car is backwards - I don't think the woman I did the cake for realized! I don't think I am cut out for this stress!!! tfl!
