Primitive Cake
No particular skill needed, that's why it's primitive! ;-p A "welcome to your new home" banana cake for my new neighbor. Just a MMF Mongolian ger (yurt); as there was no time to make BC and the cake didn't seeem sweet enough, I slapped on Danish strawberry jam. Helped keep the cake moist, too. Things are pretty dry over here.
The combination of strawberry and bananas is one of my favorites! Yummy.
Thank you! BTW I just realised the pic makes the fondant look splotchy. 'Twasn't splotchy actually, :p
