My granddaughter's favorite color is pink so I decided to experiment with new techniques and cutters for her birthday. The billowing I have seen have been very "formed" but I remember a sheer blouse my mother had that had a similar look on the bodice. So I rolled the "billows" very thin and let them sort of fall into place-I think it looks much more natural. Used my new clematis cutters for the flowers, dusted everything with pearl dust and highlighted the tucks and creases on the billowing with pink pearl dust.
