This chocolate mud cake was made for a lady who's a keen scuba diver and she likes diving for lobster off our coastline. The lobster/crayfish is made from gum paste with wire supports, as is the scuba diver. I spent hours studying the anatomy of shellfish!! Thanks for dropping by and taking a look.
