This Cake was adapted from a picture provided by customer with numerous revisions and smaller serving request. The bottom is white cake filled with vanilla custard. Middle tier is chocolate filled with chocolate mousse, crushed oreos, and chocolate ganache. The Third and top layer is Red Velvet filled with BC. All made from scratch including the fondant. My very 1st topsy turvy cake. TFL ;)
