Wow! Beautiful! Did you use the cross pan or is this layered out of cut out sheets? I'd love to use this idea for my son's 1st communion. Thanks for sharing!

I made 3 2-inch 1/2 sheet cakes, then cut the cross-shape out myself so I'd have straight edges (the cross pan is beveled on top, and not deep enough for the cookies).
