I made this cake for my one & only sister who celebrated her birthday away from her family for the first time. She is currently studying in Brisbane, Australia. This cake comprises some of her favourite things: the beach, the dolphin & the lighthouse. The cake is a 3-tier mango cream chiffon cake frosted and painted with boiled royal icing.
