Monster Cake
I was chosen to be Colette Peters assistant at the Notter School of Pastry Art & Design. I hadn't even had my first cake class. This was the first time ever working with fondant. I made it again with cake and it was just as monsterous!
Use 2 8' cakes stacked on top of each other and and dome for body, then use a 6' styrofoam ball for head and cover.
