This is a horse themed cake I made using vintage fabrics and colors as my inspiration. The cake flavor is coffee filled with mocha buttercream. The cake is covered in two-toned vanilla buttercream rosettes. I made the flowers and horse head topper out of gumpaste. A really wonderful lady's husband ordered it as a surprise for her birthday.
