This is my exam piece for PME module 2, sugarflowers, it is an 25-20-15 cm tier cake with a 12 cm styrofoam ball on top. We were able to choose our own flowers, even the ones not shown in the classes. I had chosen, roses, carnations, hydrangea, cattleya orchid, rose leafs and fantasy flowrs as fillers. I have chosen an other cake as example for the color scheme, I'm pleased with the result and my certificate!
