2Nd Attempt At Wedding Cake.

This was made as a wedding gift for my cousin who got married on 11 March 2006. I wasn't very happy with the way it turned out....the cake was a bit dry (I have made this butter cake many times, but, somehow this time it turned out dry!) & the icing was a bit too soft, so, it was difficult to handle (weather was too hot, I think). What a time to have all this happening! Fortunately, the bride & groom were happy with it anyway.

I think you did an excellent job, i love the colours, the icing is smooth, the roses and basketweave look perfect, worth the pain!
