LOL momsandraven! Actually, they were a donation to the Children's Ministry bake sale at my church. I'm the Director. They sold very well and for a small congregation of about 50, we raised over $500 this year! I didn't make enough of these though. More next year! Thank you for the kind words.
I used Wilton 4" cake pans (which are 4" at the top of the pan but 3" at the bottom). I put two layers together and trimmed the sides down to straight edges, leaving them 3" layers =)
