Ariel
I made this cake for my nieces birthday. It´s a "Sachertorte" with "Parisercreme" (ganache which ist whipped after been refrigerated one night - makes it fluffy) covered in MMF. Corals and seaweed is royal icing. The big shell Ariel sits on is marzipan. Thanks to everybody who posted a mermaid cake on this site for the inspiration.

Thanks! The little girls loved it. They haven´t ever seen such a cake because here in Germany almost nobody decorates cakes as shown here on this site. So they were very surprised that the cake wasn´t blue inside.
