Excellent job, Helen. I like your mistake, LOL, I am sure the white would have looked nice to but I really like the green sugar.

well, it was a correction really! I didn't do the outlines in white, as I had described to the client. So, I outlined in more green royal and sprinkled on the sugar. An hour later, I came back and brushed off all the little stray granules.

These are awesome...not much you can do with Shamrocks, but you made them look great! How did you get the sugar on then? You iced them green, let them dry, and then iced an outline? Great work!
