Chocolate sensation filled with white chocolate cream and rasberry mouse. This was my first attempt at poured ganache. I love it. It turned out really smooth. I also tried the pirouette cookies around the outside, but wanted a staggered look. The scrolls on top are just plain chocolate. I thought it was quite plain, but it was what my mother wanted.
