Pauls First Communion

This is the last first communion cake I have made. Last summer. It was for my nephew Paul. A mango Buttercake with tropical buttercream.

sounds delicious- what is tropical buttercream- it's gorgeous

I add tropical essense in the regular buttercream. It gives a nice flavor.
