I was really disappointed with this one. I used gumpaste for the decorations but just couldn't get it thin enough - I'd have been better off with fondant I think! 9in 2-layer heart in coffee sponge filled with walnut buttercream, Covered in fondant, decorated with gumpaste and finished with Royal Icing accents.
