Buffalo Sabres Cake

Made this for my son's 8th birthday in the middle of Sabres frenzy here in the Buffalo area. All buttercream except the boards which are white chocolate.

Awesome! I love the Sabres. I too am from the Buffalo area. I am making a cake for my husband's birthday and was wondering what you used to show the logo on the cake. I want to do a Sabres Theme as well.

I got a "wafer" from Food Distributors (used to be Federal Bakemark) on William Street. They print the logo on an edible paper.
