My hubby's birthday cake. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Many firsts for this cake. First carrot cake, first cream cheese frosting, first fondant modelling. And broke 2 records - longest baking time (2.5 hours), shortest decoration time (45 minutes). The fondant man was a last minute addition, made in 30 minutes, just before the dinner, I didn't even have time to colour his attire. But anyhow, I am very happy with how the cake turned out!
