Twinkle Twinkle
This is a flourless chocolate truffle cake with a chocolate ganache with simple chocolate method stars brushed with gold and silver luster dust, alongside silver dragees. Lining the cake are homemade chocolate truffles. Aesthetically it's rather challenged, standing only an inch and a half tall with slanted sides, but BOY.... I could only eat 1/4 of the cheesecake sized slice I cut for myself before my chocometer blew a whistle. It was FANTASTIC!
Your cake sounds wonderful, I wish I had a piece to eat right now. I love the way you made the stars and especialy the use of dragees - very creative. Keep up the good work!
