Knight's Castle

Knight's Castle on Cake Central

4 11x15 sheet cakes, 3 8x8 squares, all butter cream castle, turrets and detail work in fondant. The cake board is covered in fondant and impressed with cobblestones, the moat is blue fondant encrusted with blue sugar sprinkles. When finished this was over 27 inches tall and weighed approximately 100 pounds. This cake was donated to the cub scouts for their annual cake auction/fundraiser.

Wow, this is totally awesome. Wow, how did you make the towers? Is the base of them edible I am guessing the top is a cone?

yes, towers are fondant around cardboard tubes with a brick impression mat used. tops are cones "painted" with edible syrup and color
