totally awesome!!!!! so once the chocolate is spread onto the trasfer sheet how do you wrap it around the cake without it folding and going everywhere?

Thanks for all of your comments. I love making variations of this cake--the transfer sheets are really easy once you get the hang of them! You have to carefully smooth them on the cake--I like to let the chocolate set for about 10-15 seconds in the fridge before I try to place on the cake, but it can be tricky because you dont want the chocolate to be so set it cracks or doesnt adhere to the cake. It just takes a little practice-but it has a great effect!

The chekers are on of the most fabulous 'secrets'--you have to promise not to tell! I order transfer sheets that already have the brown on them, then I just spread with melted white chocolate and mold it to set!

Love this cake. Thanks for sharing about the transfer sheets. I'll give them a try this winter when I get busy with cakes again.
