Bling for Ashley
14?, 10?, 6?. This cake nearly sent me over the edge. Squares are so difficult to ice!
I spent almost 2 hours just smoothing out the icing.
Then, on the way into the fridge, the cake tilted and hit my apron. The three front edges, of each tier hit my apron. I could see cake, never a good sign. Luckily, there was no structural damage. used some fresh icing, and my trusty Viva paper towels and was able to repair the mistake. I had to switch out a side, for the front of the cake.
