Fitness is cool, but I consider it very important to choose the right physical activity so as not to harm the body. I recommend rehab pilates, especially if you're recovering from any kind of injury. In general, I think that pilates is the most enjoyable sport, although I definitely won’t call it easy. This is a pretty serious physical activity.
