I got the idea for this design from those cool 3D stickers where elements of them seem to pop out at you because they are raised up. I painted the hand separately from the body and placed a bit of fondant behind it so it would appear to be reaching out at you. It's 2D design that makes you think it's 3D :)

Cake is finished in chocolate ganache. Double Chocolate cake inside with chocolate SMB. White chocolate hand painted fondant.
