Cake is Bailey's cake infused with a coffee liquor and filled with a bailey's irish creme and chocolate espresso bean filling. Cake is covered in MMF and the hand cut logo is out of fondant. Each coffee bean is made out of fondant, to make up the boarder. For the cake board, I wanted to make this look like a chalk board, so I used a cheese slate and impressed it into the fondant. Then I took some luster dust, painted it on the fondant and then immediately wiped it off, to make the chalk board look cured. I then painted on the wording with luster dust/vodka mixture. TFL
