Cake I just finished, literally, for a dear friend leaving for Briton and school. Make allot of mistakes...learned allot. Tried to cover the board in fondant...failed. Will have to try that again with my next cake. (Ended up with to much powder sugar in my brown, and it was way to hard to work with.) I used some of Wilton caned airbrush to give it a little depth. The cake is marble, with vanilla buttercream and marshmallow fondant. All decorations are had crafted fondant. (I LOVE AmariColor Gourmet Writers! Used them for the flags and message.)
