I recreated the top tier of our wedding cake to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary this past weekend. We did actually save the original in the freezer for a few years, but eventually tossed it since everyone was too chicken to try it. The funny part is that I let my husband choose the cake way back then, before my cake obsession started. It was the one part of the wedding where he got to have free rein.
