I am very much a newbie but make everything with LOVE!!!This was my first attempt at this technique..I was very happy and so was the birthday girl!! Bottom tier was yellow cake with vanilla butter cream, top was chocolate cake with alternating raspberry and chocolate ganache fillings. Ombre rosettes, embroidered flower ...So happy
