Another floating beer can cake - these are tonnes of fun to make. Chocolate cake filled with choc SMBC and fresh raspberry curd, coated in dark choc ganache before being finished in fondant. The silver handle and base were dusted with pearl sheen and the glass was given a few coats of glaze. The foam is vanilla SMBC and the pouring beer is pulled sugar. Thanks for looking!
