This is a cake that I made for my brother and his wife to cut at their wedding. Their theme was black and white. I did an 8" round mocha cake with an espresso buttercream. I covered the cake in fondant and decorated with black fondant damask cutouts. The cake was exposed to lots of heat and it held up very well.
