This BCF sheet cake was airbrushed with a landscape using torn edges of a paper towel. The Blue Angels plane was framed with a single PVC tube and PVC cakeboards cut up for the wing skeleton and then topped with finely crushed RKTs to keep them as smooth and thin as possible. Followed with a thin coat of MMF to fill the RKT imperfections much like a filler primer, then a thicker MMF to cover everything which could be smoothed and buffed.
