its still a nice presentation, stacked cakes are always nerve wrecking arent they? maybe you should try using more supports and make sure they are cut evenly.
I blame part of the problem on that @%#& leveler from Wilton. The dowels were all the same size. Part of it may have also been my plateau, it bows up a little in the middle.
