I just so love their roses, and a friend of mine wanted me to bake her wedding cake like a photo of Cotton & Crumbs. well that's hard to even get close to. so I began to try the roses, this was my 4 try that looked a little like the roses they make, (yess I know I'm not there yet, but I still have two more weeks for practising) so I baked a little cake for us @ home to put underneath. the cake is 15 cm high and 12 wide... pfff what a hard job to cover in one piece. but hey that was a learning progress too ;) it is a lemon mascarpone cake filled with limoncello and chocolate ganashe.
