I had free reign with this cake so it came out exactly how it was in my head for once!! Bottom tier is choc mud filled with vanilla imbc, covered in ganache and sugarpaste, top tier is caramel mud filled and covered in the same way...topper is gumpaste, hand drawn from photos of the boat...
