This is always a hit at summer parties/bbq's because its so yummy! Its a pink lemonade cake with layers of strawberry jam. The frosting is a pink lemonade buttercream thats super light and fluffy, everyone always thinks its a cream cheese frosting! I did candied lemons covered in sugar and gum paste strawberry flowers.
