I did this cake for Icing Smiles, a great non-profit organization. The recipient was Ben, a little boy who was born with heart defects and had multiple open-heart surgeries before his 2nd birthday. He was celebrating the end of surgeries and his mended heart. It was such a blessing to be able to do this for this family.
