Winter themed bridal shower cake. The cake was red velvet with cream cheese frosting. The fondant was white and I dusted it blue. I also dusted the piping with blue so they would stand out. I made the snowflakes out of royal icing as well as the icicles and piles of snow. To add another snow effect, I sprinkled fine shredded coconut around the cake and around the figures. The figures were made of gumpaste.
