I was very honoured to be asked to make a cake for one of the wonderful teachers at our small school, who is going on maternity leave to have her 2nd baby this week. I was given free reign as long as it fed 100 people. This is what I came up with. 11inch Vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream base and the blocks are vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. The animals are all edible, made from fondant with tylose :)
