Michelle came over one day with a new purse & I said "love the fringe!". She goes into the kitchen & my hubby says "love the fringe!" & it made us laugh. I couldn't remember her exact purse so I just made this with the fringe. I saw a pattern on line with the zeba & roses. Finally getting use out of the rose Patchwork cutter which I've had for years. Used it on my last cake too.
