What a horrible morning nothng went right. Here is my dentist cake finished. It has all words around it that has to do with a dentist. vanilla cake with buttercream frosting filled with rasberry filling. the tooth, toothpaste and brushes are chocolate

oh wow, sorry for all the trouble you had. But it sure did turn out wonderful!! Did you use a mold for the tooth, toothpaste, brushes??? B/c they look wonderful, I thought they were plastic toys at first.
Yes I used a mold for the toothbrush tooth and toothbrush. candylandcrafts sells them

Gee my sister in law just pulled my teeth out saying this cake was awful. Is it really that bad? I sure didnt like the colors but is it awful?
No, it's great and I think it's absolutely beautiful! I especially love the toothbrushes and toothpaste tube.
