My youngest son loves his motocross dirtbike and he wanted a birthday cake to match. The design was actually derived from a wall mural that I photographed and then printed numerous copies of the picture on my printer. I then cut out all the black pieces and numbered them, all the blue pieces and numbered them, etc. Each little piece was a template used to cut out the fondant piece. It was like putting a puzzle together on the cake! Very challenging. Although it did not turn out as I had imagined, it was close enough to make a group of 10 year olds happy!
