This is my 3rd castle cake, think practise makes perfect, getting better i think! This was a three tier cake, but the tower is made from icing. The turret is a wafer cone decorating with icing. I made the grass by using a grass piping tip. The windows are made by a heart cutter and placed pictures of the disney princesses on them, and cut little tiny hearts out for the top of the windows on tier 1. The second tier was the same, instead I piped the hearts with pink buttercream. I made the window in the middle on the 2nd tier from regalice and the tie backs are edible laces.
