This cake was made for a huge Diamondbacks fan. My customer wanted something on the small side and they wanted it delivered by 9am in the morning. Vanilla Bean cake is carved from a 10" square, torted and filled with whipped chocolate chip filling and covered in MMF. Ball is made from the mini ball pan and also covered in MMF. Images are printed on icing sheets. "Dirt is made from a mixture of Cocoa powder, graham crackers and dark brown sugar. Turns out my early delivery was because they wanted to eat the cake for breakfast. What a great way to celebrate Father's Day! TFL
